Mobility Scooter Rental Orlando & Gold Mobility Scooters LLC. both opened with the purpose of revolutionizing the mobility scooter rentals industry with special emphasis on actually helping the people with real mobility or disability related needs.

GMS commissioned the writing of the only-of-its-kind 40 page
"Mobility Scooter Attraction Guide" that we send to our customers at time of booking absolutely free. This information packed guide is designed to allow our customers to plan out their entire mobility scooter dependent vacation experience while here in central Florida. They learn upfront depending on their abilities what they can and cannot do. We also send a set of park maps when available to further aid in planning.

GMS then customized the rental equipment itself. We purchased only the very top of PrideMobility USA manufactured rental scooters. We took those factory built scooters and modified them for maximum comfort and usability by adding features like a Cell Phone Holder, USB phone charging port, beverage holder, L.E.D. ground lighting, the longest range batteries available, and maximum comfort Captain's chairs on our Victory 10 models.

We continued this forward thinking and created an easy online reservation system. We offer free white glove in-person delivery and pickup directly to the renters hotel, resort, or timeshare. We adjust the seat and answer any of our renters questions in person and also assign a 24 hour personal concierge, which the renter receives a direct phone number.

GMS offers a simple all-inclusive flat-rate pricing program. A free of charge damage waver plan is included with all our rentals products. If you happen to need an accessory for your scooter its also provided free of charge. We keep a stock of cane holders, rear storage baskets, walker holders, oxygen bottle holders, and canopy sunshades (the canopy sunshades fit on the Victory 10 models only). We also provide our rental customers a complimentary rain package that includes 4 free rain ponchos that are yours to keep.

In 2017 we introduced a full line of premium rental strollers and baby/toddler products. All stroller and baby rental customers receive the same 5 star premium service and attention-to-detail our mobility customers receive. Same Flat-Rate prices, same Free Delivery and Pickup, free Damage Waiver, Easy On-Line Booking, Included Accessories like parent organizers and custom rain covers. We even provide a Free of charge travel cooler bag which is yours to keep as a souvenir at the end of your rental.

Gold Mobility Scooters has spared no expense, and has left "no stone unturned" in an effort to provide our renters the best rental experience possible while visiting Central Florida.
