PSYCTOTHER is a SME founded in 1969 and is dealing with marine/industrial refrigeration, heating systems and heat exchangers installations and trading. Ever since its establishment, the main focus of the company has been the study, the design and the construction of cooling/heating systems. The company is very active in the industrial and marine sectors, offering high-quality heat exchangers and refrigeration units and having high expertise in working with seawater and the specific needs of the mechanical equipment.

The company operates on its own facilities at Piraeus in total area of 1800 sqm, covering activities such as commercial shop, storages, offices, and workshop with modern machinery equipment for constructions. PSYCTOTHER has well-qualified personnel of 20 people, with long experience and excellent know-how. They are mostly engineers, technicians, and sales personnel. PSYCTOTHER has acquired ISO: 9001 certification for quality assurance from Buraeu Veritas No:GR14.1450Q. All the products are manufactured under relevant ECC directives and EN standards.

The main topics of its activity include the studying, equipment procurement, installation and maintenance of the following systems:
• Space air-conditioning with special temperature and humidity requirements (such as offices)
• Space air conditioning with special purity requirements in accordance with US Fed. Std.
• Cooling chambers and latent heat storage systems
• Pipe networks for transferring and distribution of cool/hot water, steam, compressed air etc.
• Control and data acquisition systems
• Energy savings applications in industry, buildings, and marine sector

PSYCTOTHER manufactures high-quality products such as:
• Air Condition Units (Deck – Package – DX - Chiller types): Available at a variety of cooling capacities with seawater or fresh water cooled condenser and can be used to cool water or in combination with a direct expansion air handling unit or a chilled water air handling unit. Also available as a package and deck unit with scroll compressors.
• Refrigeration Units: Suitable for vessels cold stores and freezers. Available units with a sea water or fresh water cooled condenser, with open or hermetic type compressor for various capacities.
• MGO Coolers: Used to cool the marine gas oil in order to raise the viscosity. Available at a variety of cooling capacities.
• Coils: Suitable for use on a wide variety of HVAC and industrial applications. All the coils are analyzed with sophisticated software and manufactured with modern machinery equipment. Quality assurance is guaranteed as the coils are pressured and tested for leaks.

Some secondary activities are trading (e.g. international trading, distributing and representing famous manufacturers of refrigeration equipment from all over the world) and other services, such as maintenance, repair, design, construction & installation of refrigeration and A/C units.
